So many tips and golden nuggets here as a newbie with tracking macros and lifting at the gym. I even have a fairly good grasp on vegan nutrition but in just the first couple of episodes I listened to, Tamara schooled me on sources of protein that I haven't tried yet or didn't even know about (sneaking unflavored "clean" protein powders into foods like soup - genius!). Really enjoying Tamara's super positive presence and the way she uses analogies to drive a concept home. Plus I really jive with her fitness and nutrition philosophy, which I find empowering. Looking forward to the next episode!
